Neve  was the first pure Morgan we owned, purchased as a weanling from Jennifer Bird at Red Bluff Morgans in Victoria .She is the mare of my lifetime. Beautiful, intelligent, tactile, loving and wicked, she has set a high bench mark. Lightly shown, she enjoyed great success in both Morgan and Open Led Classes, including Champion Mare at  Adelaide Royal Show, and twice Reserve Champion Morgan Mare at  the National Morgan Show, beaten in both instances by her ( Mega Champion) full sister, Red Bluff Tatiana. Started under saddle at 6 years old she had a ball and virtually broke herself in. Her front end is "born on the bit", her rear end is very athletic, she has lift, reach and suspension in her paces. She enjoyed a year of trail riding before maternal duties took over again. It gives me great joy each day to see her beautiful face in our paddock. Mt Tawonga Genevieve embodies our ideal of a Morgan mare, her looks, temperament , sense of humour and her fondness for human contact (she will walk away from her new foal for a cuddle) have made her a favorite with everyone who knows her. Neves dam Mt Tawonga Miss Mary, is a highly regarded mare within the Australian Morgan Breeders circle and the cross between Mary and imported Lippitt Stallion Marvelous Encore, has produced elite, sought after progeny, displaying brilliant Morgan type, great temperament,  good conformation and consistent, "under saddle" performance.
